You make me wait for service by putting me on hold for 45 minutes. That is really bad for business when Im trying to give you money. It makes me want to find another company and tell other people to find another company for insurance.

I have now been double charged three months in a row and have no idea how to fix this mess that they created! This needs to be addressed because I see a very large lawsuit in their future for this crap.

I have been with this company 30 years now you sent the insurance to Toggle and I have had nothing but problems all year. My car insurance is taking from my bank every month. What is the problem with this company?

For about two years now, regardless of when I call, it takes over an hour on hold to get a response if I get one at all. I'm so frustrated, I want to change companies, but I can't even get ahold of anyone to do that, so I'm stuck with a horrible company with no plans to improve.
I'm wanting to add a car to my policy and two days in a row I've been on hold for over an hour. Decent companies at least allow you to leave your contact information and call you back, but 21st century/toggle doesn't. This is brutal!!! SO FRUSTRATED.
About a year ago, I reported them to the BBB, but obviously nothing has changed. SOMEONE FROM 21ST CENTURY, PLEASE CALL ME!!!

Am I 21st Crntury or Farmers or Toggle. No on answers at any of these places to give me an answer.
I have called at least 10 times and waited one to two hours every time and no live person ever!!!

Customer service terrible
They changed our policy to Toggle without notice. Our parents are due on the 13th of each month.
Toogle took our payment in the 12th last month in January.
I think they tried to take a payment today and I didnt have enough funds. Now I get an email from Toggle to pay or get canceled. Weve had 21 century for many years. I tried calling and gave up after an hour on hold.
Very disappointed. They have really gone down on their customer service and customer care for that Matter.
I always make sure to have funds on the date payments are due and not before.

HI,
You double charged me for my 1st out of 4 payments.
After I changed the credit card for Autopay, you charged me from the old card on Sept 13, 2023, and the second day, you charged me from the new card on Sept 14, 2023. What kind of criminal systems are you using?
So I called this so called customer service number: 1-80*-***-****, a million times.
My conclusion is that the number is a dead number, there are dead ghosts behind it if there is anything behind it at all.
So I asked my credit card company to refuse to pay on my old card. A few days later, I received a letter from 21st, with the stupid name Carlo DiRado, which happens to be in every doc from 21st insurance I have, saying that because I did not pay, so my car insurance will be terminated, and it is illegal to drive w/o the insurance, and ask me to pay the amount + fines/fees before whatever day, and of course, left that ghost customer service number for me to call.
So I called the claim number to try to find someone to route me to this Carlo DiRado, or some other idiot in that department, and it turns out that they basically send me back to the same dead number and telling me that I am in the high priority queue, which is definitely a lie.
21st insurance, you are disgusting criminal.

I've been a 20th-21st Century Auto insurance customer for decades [since they started]. Got switched to Toggle.
[Stupid name, eh?] So my payment has always been on the 28th, every six months. I made sure it was still set up with my Amex after they became Toggle. So on the 27th they attempted to take out a little more that the amount due. Amex [heaven love them] contacted me because it was an unusual purchase, asking if this charge was valid.
I said "no" because the amount wasn't correct. For 5 days I've spent hours on hold waiting for a rep. I've tried on line chat. Same result.
I also tried making a payment - even the wrong amount - only because, technically I'm driving without insurance. It won't let me make a payment.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Am switching insurance companies after 50 years .
